ASSESSMENT & STRATEGY

Our collaboration kicks off with a thorough assessment of your existing processes and systems, including strategy sessions, team interviews, documentation deep dives and surveys. We'll conclude this phase with an actionable plan of new system recommendations and areas of improvement for your current system.

DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION

With our actionable strategy in hand we’ll then start implementing your SmartSuite projects. We can either take on an advisory role at this stage, meeting you on bi-weekly calls to review, consult and hold you accountable, or bring in our team of automation and operations experts to set up your new system or optimise an existing system.

SUPPORT & Team training

We don't believe in handing over a new SmartSuite system and just hoping for the best. Throughout the process, we'll work with you on your change management strategy (so you're team is onboard from day 1), train your team, and provide you with documentation. And of course, we offer comprehensive post-project support, as well as ongoing maintenance options.

Our client portal

All of our clients get access to our client portal from day 1. This is where you'll find your to-dos, progress made on your project, any upcoming strategy or working sessions, as well as your session reports for completed sessions (including a summary and session recording). Any resources provided by GoodOps can also be found here, as can your important documents (e.g. invoices and contracts).

Laura comes to GoodOps with an MSc Computer Science, the APM PMQ Project Management Qualification and years of experience working in operations and senior management across different industries. Having worked hands-on on many complex automation and systems projects herself, in addition to her managerial experience, she has seen, and fixed, countless operational challenges.
