We believe in learning and are here to support you, whether this is to help your team grasp a new process, or support you in upskilling your own operations team.
All of our clients get access to our client portal from day 1. This is where you'll find your to-dos, progress made on your project, any upcoming strategy or working sessions, as well as your session reports for completed sessions (including a summary and session recording). Any resources provided by GoodOps can also be found here, as can your important documents (e.g. invoices and contracts).
